I took part of my brisket and made chopped beef with it. What I needed to eat the chopped beef was something to mop up all the great sauce. I used to use bread or tortillas, but they’re not keto. My new go to is a Keto Biscuit.
I found a great keto biscuit recipe. I typically make mine with white cheddar and peppered bacon. This time I also added chopped pickled jalapenos. They are so good right out of the oven and they also toast well in my toaster oven when eaten later.
I’ve got a link to the recipe below. One thing I tend to do is make them a little smaller – I usually get 10 or 11 biscuits out of the batch. That means each one is only about 2g net carbs.
