Obtain or renew your ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Another Program offered by the Legal Aid Society is pertaining to Your ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) (1) IF it is not any good after January 1st, 2018; (2) IF Your ITIN has 70, 71, 72, 78, 79 or 80 as the two middle numbers (Example: 900-78-0000); OR (3) IF you DID NOT use your ITIN on a 2014, 2015 or 2016 tax return.
How do you get a new ITIN? Go to www.irs.gov/w7 in the internet. Get Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. Fill out one for each person. Car Seat or Not?
- Children under one (1) year of age, or any child, weighing twenty (20) pounds or less, must be secured in a child passenger restraint system in a rear facing position, in a rear seat, if available, or according to the child safety restraint system or vehicle manufacturer's instructions. (Note: If the child safety seat has a higher rear-facing weight rating, usually 30 or 35 pounds, it may be continued to be used in a rear-facing position so long as the child's weight permits.
- Children age one (1) through age three (3), and weighing more than twenty (20) pounds, must be secured in a child safety seat in a forward facing position in the rear seat, if available
- Children age four (4) through age eight (8), and measuring less than four feet nine inches (4'9") in height, must be secured in a belt-positioning booster seat system, in the rear seat, if available, or according to the child safety restraint system or vehicle manufacturer's instructions
- Children age nine (9) through age twelve (12), or any child through twelve (12) years of age, measuring four feet nine inches (4'9") or more in height, must be secured in a seat belt system. It is recommended that any such child be placed in the rear seat, if available.
- Children age thirteen (13) through age fifteen (15) must be secured by using a passenger restraint system, including safety belts.
- Provision is made for the transportation of children in medically prescribed modified child restraints. A copy of Doctor's prescription is to be carried in the vehicle utilizing the modified child restraint at all times.
- The driver of the car is responsible for making sure that children under age sixteen (16) are properly restrained and may be charged and fined $50.00 for violation of the law. If the child's parent or legal guardian is present in the car but not driving, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for making sure that the child is properly transported and may be fined for non-compliance.

2. You will get a page that says Child Support Programs. On the left, there are
many lines with different boxes. Press the last line which is called
"OUTREACH MATERIAL".
3. In the first line you have the option for the Application of Services in
English or Spanish. Check the English and print the form. The form is very
long.
4. Fill out the form with ALL the information you have and mail it to the office
below in Dandridge, which is the office that serves Sevier County.
5. Below the Application there are different Spanish Boxes. We suggest that
you read them all to be better informed of the process and other additional
information very convenient.

Divorce Online in Tennessee WITHOUT an Attorney

Do You Qualify for an Online Divorce? If the following statements are true, you qualify to complete your own divorce.
- Your spouse is willing to sign the divorce papers.
- The divorce is uncontested. (You and your spouse agree on how to divide your property, and all issues regarding children)
- Having minor children does not prevent you from completing your own divorce.
Grounds For Divorce: While there are several fault-based grounds for divorce in Tennessee, "irreconcilable differences" is the "no-fault" grounds for divorce and is the most commonly used. DivorceWriter provides no-fault (uncontested) divorce forms.
Tennessee Residency Requirements: If at least one spouse has lived in Tennessee for the past 6 months, either spouse can file for divorce there. PROCEDURE
Once the sponsor is approved, the beneficiary will be contacted by email to confirm biographical information through myUSCIS.
The email will have instructions for the BENEFICIARY to create an account in CBP one mobile. You need to confirm the biographical information in CBP one mobile and add a photo.
If approved, CBP will notify via myUSCIS that it has been authorized to travel within the next 90 days.
TRIP
Each beneficiary must pay their travel costs.
CBP approval does not guarantee entry into the U.S. A customs broker has the power not to validate entry at its discretion.
